    Individual therapy

    Individual online counseling services for women and adults teens girls (16+) who lives in Texas. You can choose the schedule that works for best for your lifestyle, with weekly, bi-weekly and monthly online sessions available Tuesday-Friday from 11am-7pm. Availability is updated on a month-by-month basis.

  • Cognitive Processing Therapy

    Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD typically involves 12 sessions, each focusing on identifying and challenging unhelpful thoughts and beliefs related to the trauma, ultimately aiming to promote recovery and improve quality of life.
